Career development consulting is a very useful service for professionals, whatever their age, experience or level of responsibility.
The job market and the business world have become more complex. Today, they must be able to rely on an experienced consultant, a logical methodology and effective progression if you want to change or find a new job.
That is why we have built a career development programme that delivers lasting results.
Our missions
Support is initially provided in two areas:
The candidate's background, skills, employment tastes and personality;
The job market, available vacancies in the area and the companies involved
The aim is to define a realistic career plan that matches the candidate’s abilities and responds to a need expressed by the target labour market (or the target business market in the case of a start-up or takeover).
This whole process is known as a skills assessment.
If training is needed to complete the project, it can be set up after a feasibility study and cost assessment.
Then it is time for recruitment support: revising CVs, developing networks, preparing for interviews, negotiating salaries and contracts, etc.
Support only ends once the trial period has been successfully completed.
Our methodology
Support consists of one-to-one meetings with the consultant, once a week and sometimes twice a week, depending on needs.
- The consultant is at your disposal for calls and emails between each of the meetings.
- The Insight Discovery questionnaire is used to explore the personality of the candidate being supported.
- Candidates have access to a dedicated online personal file containing all the work documents they need to progress in their career development
